This has been a very good running, reliable bus and has received excellent routine/preventative maintenance. Exterior condition of the bus is good. Stainless is in good condition, a few trim pieces are missing, and paint shows a few places where the paint has chipped. 1 1/2 luggage bays are open for storage. It is in good, running condition. There has been no smoking in this vehicle. We have used the bus for a traveling music ministry group since 2002. We are selling the bus because our kids have all grown and we need a bit more room.
It includes a side-isle floor plan with three sleeper bunks in the hallway area. The rear area of the bus could be kept as it is for a group sleeper bus or easily converted to a standard RV layout. Includes a large bathroom with shower, porcelain toilet, and sink & vanity area. Rear lounge features a U-shaped couch that can be made into a king-size bed. Front lounge includes a Flexsteel j-couch and 4 Flexsteel captains chairs. Large kitchen/galley includes a full-size, standard refrigerator, double sinks, cabinets,microwave and RV dinette booth which can be made into a bed. Flooring is carpet and custom hardwood. There are unfinished items in this coach that we have been working on. A handy fellow could finish them easily. Most of of the unfinished items are trim related and some electrical.
From 1982 to 2001 this bus served as a charter coach. We purchased the bus in 2002 from Heartland Coach in Florida and began the conversion to an RV/Motorhome. We replaced the engine in 2004 with a running take-out that was dino-tested before installation. We have put 95,000 miles on the engine since. The bus has received routine maintenance. Replaced most of the air suspension components over last 6 years. Replaced both bus radiators in April of 2005. Ammenities and Specifics:
